What started as a demo submission during Nicky Romero’s show quickly turned into the beginning of OCHØA’s label journey. Thanks to the recognition his track “Call You Out” received during the Demo:Drop, with support from both Nicky Romero and Jorik Van de Pol (director of Protocol Recordings), the team at Intensity Recordings took notice and saw the potential in the young producer’s sound.
Shortly after, OCHØA made his official debut on Outrage Presents, one of Intensity’s sub-labels, with the release of “Call You Out.” This marked the artist’s first step into the professional label world, and what followed was the beginning of a story that connected his music with listeners beyond his hometown and into the international scene.
